Page and Wells are a family owned independent Estate Agent based in Maidstone and Mid Kent. They have been trading for 89 years and so have a very strong heritage in the area.

Social Media management of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram;

• Daily content including promotion of properties for residential sales, lettings and new homes, handover on completion days, promoting achievements of sales performance, company news/events, sharing details of local events and businesses.

Refresh and update existing website;

• Included new photography of local area on page headers, update menu structure for ease of navigation, updated text with more modern language whilst keeping and promoting heritage of the business.

Produce a lifestyle/promotional video;

• A video for use on the website showcasing Maidstone and the surrounding villages, including places of interest, real life eg. around the town centre, railway and road links.
• A mixture of drone and ground videography was used and put together to produce an informative video promoting the local area and lifestyle.
