Cambridgeshire Strategy

New Edge were commissioned by the new Cambridge & Peterborough Combined Authority to create the development strategy for new affordable homes, funded by grants from the £100m new homes fund. Working across five Council areas and all political parties, we were able to create a bespoke strategy to springboard new homes delivery. The project included working groups with key stakeholders, presenting draft strategy for political scrutiny through to implementation.
