New Edge were approached by a private client to look at development viability on a parcel of land on a former house and outbuildings. Working with our partner architect, we secured planning for six residential dwellings and associated parking barns to keep the farm feel of the development. The land was sold to a regional developer who kept to the tight design brief as our clients wanted to ensure that a high quality development was created as their legacy.
