One of our Executive Interims was commissioned as Interim Executive Director of Development & Property for this 10,000 home Housing Association in Hertfordshire. Key results were the production of a new Development Strategy, full-scale review of the repairs service, creation of a new business plan around planned maintenance spend, restructure of both the Development & Property teams to ensure that the right skill sets were being optimised.
